There were fly infestations in the shower and a broken elevator that made going up and down 10 flights of stairs a pain.

Have stayed here 3 times in last 12 months and hotel condition has gotten worse each time. Location is good, price would work if hotel were maintained, but I would find it hard to return at this point. Front doors still under repair, 1 of 3 elevators not running (other 2 not sufficient for size of hotel), rooms deteriorating. This time 1st room a/c not work & instead of maintenance person being there "right away" as told it was an hour wait, moved to 2nd room with "window shaker"-type a/c that didn't work, 3rd room (downgraded to smaller bed but was higher floor and property fee waived was the least they could do) TV not work until maintenance person came to reset it. Each room had furniture falling apart, walls damaged/paint peeling. This could be a great hotel if they maintained it well.

This was a horrible hotel, very old, my room had holes in the walls for light but with no lights, bathroom lights flickered, half the outlets did not work. No desk or chair just a bed. Lows nightclub on the street level. They should pay me to stay here! Just a disaster. Do not stay here. It’s a cheap. Surprised I don’t have bed bugs. Hotel for a reason.

Excellent customer service!
Our first room had weak wifi and we were moved to another room immediately. After leaving I had et a valuable item in our room. Amalia was very helpful and arranged for it to be shipped to me at home. I received it, very well packaged with care, the next day! I could not ask for better customer service!

There was no cold water in the bathroom, I guess I had to boil my gums, the rooms are small and need updating(water logged bottom bathroom door, wall cracked from a leak) the phone in the room didn’t work, lack of outlets. There were remnants of water bugs in the bathroom cabinet with the towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. I just would not stay here again.
