Overall, my experience at the hotel was average. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the location was convenient. However, I encountered an issue with the lack of hot water when I wanted to shower. Despite calling reception for assistance, they were unresponsive initially, and when I went down to the lobby, they assured me an engineer would investigate the problem. I recommend the hotel management to promptly address such issues and ensure guests have access to basic amenities like hot water.

There is a reason why the price is low
This is an example of you get what you pay for. If you are in an on an extreme budget you will get a bed in a great location but that is pretty much it. There was no hot water in the shower which for the winter time is a little bit bracing! There is no business center so if you needed to go on a computer know that you can't do that here. The room was missing things like USB portals for charging which have become standard and instructions for using Wi-Fi Etc.

That the room was very small was to be expected. It is New York. The bed was comfortable and clean. The furniture, what there was of it, was old. Bathroom minuscule. Check in was automated, or you could wait for a desk clerk. I had to call the desk to inquire about Wi-Fi. He gave me the address, but apparently they don’t require a password. I was able to sign in, but not able to make it work. The grab and go breakfast was adequate. Best part of the stay was Rum Bar.There was a great quartet playing.
