Great location but definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Any noise in the hallway is quite audible in the room. Folks just closing their doors near your room is very noticeable. My husband and I were woken up every morning to folks leaving their rooms around 7. Other than that, the rooms are pretty big for Manhattan and the location is so convenient for the subway.

Coffee should be free. The market was way too slow in the mornings. They should expidite the process--more grab and go, self checkout with key, etc. Housekeeping was great--friendly and efficient. Great location!

One of the best of the best
It was one of the best experiences I've ever experienced in my life. I love it there. I would definitely go back there the view. Well there's really not a view. I'm sorry but other than that the stay there is amazing. It's very convenient. It's right next to Grand Central station
