This past weekend was our 3rd visit to Le Pavilion, and we will not go back. We had ZERO towels for 24 hours, we asked the front desk 3 times from Friday, called at 4pm, spoke with front desk Saturday 9am and Saturday 3 pm to try to get towels. They had a lot of excuses, said they ran out of towels!! I had to stand next to housekeeper on Saturday for 30’minutes in the hallway as she called 3 times for us to get towels and then waited 30’minutes for someone to finally bring them so we could get ready for a wedding. In addition, the shower had pink mold, and should have been properly cleaned. They said they would remove one of the historical fees but when I received the bill, they lied and did not do so. We will never be back.
