Walls paper thin ..called front desk to try and switch room..no answer ...ended up ..checking out at 4:30 am out a day early because of party on going noise next door Called to chat with staff next day ...no answer ....manager direct ...no answer ..no return call ......handle on shower fell off ...trash on gym floor... Over all for the money there are better options ....
The carpet in the room smells like really stinks
The guest room was very spacious. I have nothing negative to say about this property.
Room had no natural light. Only window was tucked into recessed corner of another room’s patio deck, so no view or natural light.
Loved this place. Smells great. Wish i knew what youll spary in the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Nice property. Comfortable beds. VERY nice staff. Great hotel restaurants. There were two unfortunate circumstances: the rooms weren't cleaned well during my week-long stay. The beds were made, but trash was left, the room-provided glasses were dirty and never replaced or cleaned, dirty towels were left and hung back after I'd put them on the floor. The other unfortunate circumstance was that every morning at 8am there was some sort of machinery that began operating that was really loud and disturbing. Not sure what it was but anyone staying on that side of the hotel should be warned. I stayed in room 659.
Only thing I didn’t like is they failed to tell me they were charging me for parking and so I paid twice. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back.
The service was attentive and courteous. Very friendly personnel and they made sure we had everything we needed
The hotel was nice. Not many complaints but here are the reasons for 4 stars - we had issues with the TV remote, the sink was not draining well, and the pillows were so uncomfortable - we have not experienced that anywhere else. Our friends were staying here as well and they complained about the pillows as well (I thought it was just us...). Overall, though, it was clean and the location is convenient - about 15 minutes from the French quarter.
I liked it because of the outside look. But the inside is not clean

Pet fee $150 non refundable is way too high cost more then room rental for 5lbs poodle this is unconscionable
