Hotel front desk staff and concierge were excellent!!!
The staff was incredible!! From the valet to front desk to bellman to Trey the bartender. Each and every person was professional and kind. The beds were comfy and the location is perfect.
Great location, steps off Bourbon Street, Entire staff, especially the front desk and valet, were fantastic...cordial, friendly, accommodating, and made us feel at home during our stay.

We loved the big balcony room booked, the balcony looked over the street. Six of us went { three different rooms} and all of could sit out to enjoy coffee or cocktails. The building matched what one would think of when thinking New Orleans, plus the location was wonderful. Everything to do was walking distance away. St Marie also had a cafe opened 12 hrs., a day and a bar with light dinners and good drinks.The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our stay went very well.

Wall paper peeling off walls, larges gap under doors so no privacy sounded door was open, towel rack falling off, bathroom fan kept turning on, bed was too firm, could hear next room over tv all night, shower had new door and was great for tall guests.
Very friendly stafff and very comfortable beds. Small bathrooms in need of renovation.
The hotels room was spacious, however the bathroom was small. The hotel was close to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Overall good value for the room and location.
Great location near Bourbon Street but quiet enough to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the AC was able to keep up with the August heat and humidity. We really enjoyed the balcony too. This hotel does not provide shampoo or even hand soap in the rooms so make sure you bring your own.
My husband and I were warmly greeted by “Lionel” at the valet parking and then by the front desk staff. The hotel was beautiful (although a bit tired in some areas) Our room was perfect and the little courtyard balcony was perfect for a late night and early morning relaxation time. The bar was perfect for a nightcap. The location was the best to experience all the happenings in New Orleans. We’ll be back to this little gem for sure.
This was my 2nd vacation spent at Hotel St. Marie. I had been there 10yrs or more ago. I basically had the same great service and experience with the hotel - except they have upgraded some things since then (thankfully). In general they improved things to keep up with the wear and tear over time. My family was very pleased - only grip was in-hotel Restrurant/bar doesn’t have enough family option seating; but there are plenty of other places to see and eat within walking distance.
Great location. We walked all over. Staff was friendly and helpful. Court yard pool was great for a “cool-off” dip.

Property was centrally located to everything. Staff was not helpful. My room did not receive proper maid service for the 4 days of my entire stay.
