This property is very old but the location is excellent. The bedroom can use some upgrade and the bedding is not the greatest but not the worse. We were located in the older side of the building so the noise level wasn’t a bother. We did not have a fridge, but it wasn’t necessary.

The staff was nice and location was perfect. The carpet in the room was covered in stains. Bathroom had toothpaste on the faucet and was missing the shower curtain. The elevator echoed into the room.

The hotel is in a great location! Beautiful place and the workers were very nice. The only bad thing was the bed. It sunk in the middle and the bed frame was broken and squeaked all night. I told the front desk person about the bed and they didn't seem to care too much.

Terrible service, empathy and zero professionalism. Really a disappointment for the first time visiting New Orleans. They should change these policies and have their staff improve the attitude for people who come from abroad to enjoy New Orleans

For this to be a crown property, we were disappointed. The lobby was very nice, but many areas of the hotel were closed off, and the amenities were lacking. The room we had on the second floor was very dark with only a small window looking across to another room gave very much prison vibes, with a small tv in the corner, the hallway was dimly lit and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it by myself. The pool was laughable overall I would not recommend this hotel while it’s convenience to Bourbon Street is impeccable. It is in sorely need of a renovation.
