staff was good. Valet service was extremely friendly until they found out i wanted to park my own vehicle. Valet service is only $30 but I just like to park my own vehicle....the rooms were very clean but the overall property is in need of a total make over.

Bad. It's a motel, not a hotel. Room was crazy small. Bed frame or box spring made an awful clang everytime you got on the bed like a spring came out. Everytime the a/c turned on the smell of old urine blew into the room directly onto the bed. The flooring is laminate and was quite dirty when we arrived. They only offer valet parking for about $40 per night and won't let you park yourself. We stayed there less than 24 hours, left without a refund of the $1200 we spent, got a partial refund for the "valet" and went to the Renaissance Hotel down the street. Could not get out of there fast enough. Felt dirty the second we walked in.
