Was offered an upgrade, for the 9-5 suite. Applied for it and received an email stating it was accepted. At check in there was a communication issue between Expedia and the graduate system. I didn’t receive the upgraded room. That being said, the rooms are nice and clean.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We also couldn't use the pool because it was at its capacity all 3 days we were there. We will never stay at this hotel again and will be sure to let others know to stay elsewhere.

Very convenient .75 mile walk to Centennial Park and just a 1.5 mile hike to the bar scene along Broadway with many different places to eat in between. Our room overlooked a hospital and a large building under construction at the time of this post so not the best view of the city but hopefully, that won't be an issue for the hotel for long. There are daily $20 amenity fees plus tax and you need reservations to enjoy the pool ($25 fee/person) so just be aware of these things up front. The staff was very polite and helpful. We loved the coffee in the lobby... at least the water was free. Will consider this hotel the next time we are in town but might check for something nearby with a better view of the town.
