I thought I was in a Third World Hotel. They did not give me my Marriott Bonvoy points. I have never seen such a terrible hotel in the USA.

Long wait times at front desk at check in and check out and to ask a question about billing. Front desk attendant wasn’t certain about how to answer question. And chair in room destroy by cat and not replaced. They were aware it was there but didn’t switch it.

Very dirty. Staff were not tentative at all. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The tooth brush from the previous person was still in the bathroom and there was hair stuck in the towels from other people. The room smelled like cigarettes and bleach. Terrible experience for my family and I

Hotel is a disaster. Super dirty cockaroaches everywhere. We needed 3 rooms to finally find one without bugs. Check in took over 2 hours
a few cockroaches, non-conditioning shampoo, putting athenaion in these things, it is my first time of so many times that I stay.
Property and rooms looked immaculate online and at first glance but once we were there for a few hours bugs started showing up. We could not continue our stay there. Although we were grossed out the women at the front desk were amazing. They went above and beyond assisting us in finding a different hotel at 11:00pm in an area that seemed to have every hotel booked up. Those two women really saved the day.
Liked having microwave and frig. Didnt like having no kleenex or hand towels.
