Needed a reasonably priced hotel for a couple of nights. This was clean, service was great, staff friendly, informative and accommodating, close to boardwalk and restaurants, great coffee machine in lounge. Didn’t get to use it but nice bbq and table set up off of lounge.

The staff was so helpful; from helping with my luggage, giving a tour of the amenities and a genuine desire for you to have a wonderful stay. If in Parksville I would recommend you stay here.

Love this boutique hotel
I stay here every three weeks for work, staff are amazing, friendly, rooms are so comfy and clean. Sleep as good here as I do in my own bed. Which normally I don’t sleep well in hotels

The staff was sooo helpful, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is good. The beds are comfy, the room was very clean, it was quiet, which was very important. The stay was good. there were 2 things I would have liked, one the only mirror was in the bathroom, so when one person is in the shower, I had to wait until he was finished, to get ready, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room, and there was no breakfast. I will stay here when I go back.also I highly recommend this hotel.

Room and other areas of the hotel, the lounge, computer desk area, were very clean and attractive. Also very nice outside garden area, picnic barbecue gazebo. Unfortunately not the right time of the year to take advantage of that. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
