This has been the worst place I ever stayed! The room looked dirty and smelled bad. The towels looked like children’s towels, the carpet was dirty and filthy, the place downstairs was always wet because of the pool and the unmonitored lobby, which is a hazard. The place was loud until late at night and weird people hang out around the premises. I did not feel safe and will never return or recommend this place.

Room was very clean and quiet. Nice hot showers with great pressure. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the pool. Very easy beach access. My only complaint is the elevator. We were on the 15th floor and it took forever for us to get to ground level. They had three elevators but only one seem to work at a time..

We had a great stay! The view was not the best being in the second floor with palm tree blocking out site. The pool were clean warm and fun! My children loved the kids waterpark inside the resort! Ocean was just a short walk across an easily accessible resort bridge. Would definitely come back
