Took us a while to navigate the elevators and entrances/ exits. We tried to order a movie but it wasn't working and said to call reception. We called many times but no answer. Eventually someone answered and said they would check and call back but never did. We called again and they said they would send someone up, but no one came. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The location was convenient though and it was nice to have some food and shopping options in the bottom levels of the building.

Not a good hotel to stay, especially if you have kids. Good: The only good thing is the location. Breakfast was okay. Bad: Customer service: Asked for a quilt and was told it will be sent to the room but it never arrived. Lots of drunk people yelling in the hallway through the entire night. Heard a couple shouting at each other in the corridor using all kinds of nasty language in the middle of the night.
