This is my second time at this resort, we figured since we got engaged there why not get married there. BIG MISTAKE !!! Not only were there things wrong with my room that we had to switch because above our luggage the room upstairs was leaking. In my best friend’s room she was literally sleeping with roaches. Two of my other guests had mold in their room that literally as soon as you walk in you can smell it in the air. Crazy thing is we all arrived different days and stayed in different parts. This is my experience from my wedding and my guests and if you think that was kicker oh no ! There was roaches at the buffet. Do you think i ate food ? Nope i got a few drinks and thank goodness i stopped in the airport and got my own Hennessy. I couldn’t wait to go home. My wedding coordinator tried her hardest to help me but that’s not her department. The manager he tried to apologize on their behalf but my experience was already ruined. My guests already asked me if I’m going to do my wedding over somewhere else.

I was unhappy about the elevator was down being down the entire time we were there. Our room was on the 6th floor. The cleaning staff mopped my room with old water. It left a terrible smell in our room. Had to open windows and spray perfume. Also a staff member opened my champagne bottle and put the cork off to the side, without my permission. Other than that the grounds was beautiful and the staff was amazing.
