Overall I give the Hotel 3 stars and it’s only because of the crew that working there… I got a terrible customer service for the front desk staff, I have to request a manager to get a room after we waited 6 hours for a room… Also they changed 50$ per night for parking with is ridiculous! I have to call the front desk several time To get something because I never got it on time Or at all! Also they didn’t even clean the room While we were there so I had to call for towels! The rooms are very nice and view is amazing.. pool was hot all the time!! So it wasn’t a great experience also…

Older hotel in a quiet residential area. (Heads up - there is no signage so it's easy to miss.). Design felt a little dated but acceptable. Staff is very nice. But the TV didn't work in the living room. The phone didn't work. The bedroom & bath doors didn't close properly. Light bulbs were out. Chandeliers were missing pieces and not clean. Missing knobs on cabinets. The room could use an update and better quality control. Still, not a bad deal for us.
