To start parking was a problem, with poor service, and expensive. On the day of the checkout, we left a bottle of Champaign inside the mini-fridge in the room, when we called them back after 6 hours the lady at the front desk was no help. We could not retrieve our bottle because they told us they couldn't find it.

The hotel was ok. The beach was the best part to be honest. Service at the front desk & at the restaurant was poor. At the restaurant it takes a very long time to get your food even though there are maybe 5 other people there. Food & drinks are very expensive. Keep in mind that they automatically add 18% gratuatiy to every bill but they don’t tell you in hopes they can get additional tips. Our waitress got lucky though because she got an $80 tip the first night. 1 hot tub was out of order & the other one was cold both located on 7th floor. The pool/hot tub has soo much chlorine in it that it will remove color from your swim wear. Aside from making your bed daily they did not bother cleaning anything else so your feet were literally black from the dirty floors. If you need towels & call them you will be waiting hours for them & they still forget sometimes. 9 out of 10x if you called the front desk or room service it just keeps ringing and no one answers however if you dial the hotel from your cell phone someone answers…make it make sense? My card was charged $1200 for incidentals on the 2nd day & when I went down to the front desk the receipt they printed only showed $300 worth & they told me the other charges would “fall off” We decided to do some shopping afterwards and when we came back to our room our key cards were deactivated due to “credit card issues” because they were trying to charge the card AGAIN. I had to go back to the front desk & they reactivated my room cards

Being on the beach that is connected to a walking trail was amazing. The room was spacious, my stay was 5 days. For what they charge, not worth it. You couldn’t get a wash cloth and one out of 5 days I received a hand towel. I was even left someone else’s dirty towels hung in my bathroom and my room was left wide open. Bathtub had been spray painted and it was peeling off. Hot tubs didn’t work, pool bathrooms not working. Only one bar open after 5 pm. No one answered the phone of the front desk or house keeping. If you are going to relax this is not the place and if you expect service, look elsewhere. I brought up concerns with concierge and no actions were taken. Lovely location and was beautiful at some point, the web site over sells what reality is.

The TV did not work the first day. The air conditioner stopped working the 2nd day. The water in the shower did not go down. The toilet handle stuck and made a noise. The room was near the elevator and I heard the sound of the ringing all night. The blow dryer broke on the 3rd night. Basically, it is not maintained and it is falling apart
