Very disappointed with the staff and management. We lost some items and the staff never returned it . This hotel staff has issue with integrity ( including hotel manager Richard) . I love The property and I would return again if it was not for the staff and not professional managers . Be careful !!!

The Front Desk staff is the worst I've ever seen, and if it happens that you need to call the hotel forget it it will not happen as they will not pickup the phone. they are very understaffed
