So to start off I would like to say the staff here is wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Other than that I was not impressed or pleased with my stay. There was construction taking place that could be heard from the rooms, pool, and various common areas to relax. It was so loud from 9-5 every day for the 5 days of my stay. Secondly the pool was closed for 3 of the days so the main pool was packed out with splashing children all over. When I checked into my room it was a complete dump. The shower handle broke off when I turned it and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair all over the shower walls and floors. The sink and walls were dirty. The sliding balcony door was dirty and had stickers on it from previous guests. There was a pile of shaved hair on the desk where I went to set up my vanity. When asked to change my room the staff was accommodating but I specially asked NOT to be downgraded since I paid for the junior suite. We were “upgraded” to a higher floor but a much smaller room. This time the room was spotless but of course the sheets had blood stains on it. I’m sure they were clean but still really off putting. We tried ordered room service one night and they specially waited on hold for 10 mins to then tell us they were closed. Overall an awful stay and experience. You’re better off staying next door at the fb.

The property was dated, the rugs in the common area and in the rooms have significant wear and tear. Visible dust can seen seen on the vents and overall, the rooms were a little tired. Our toilet would not not stop running, even after we notified staff. On our final two nights there it was very loud, the first night they were doing heavy construction on the restaurant and the last night, an alarm went off for a significant period of time in the middle of the night.

If I'm booking a room for 4 people and have 4 wrist bands, we should receive four lounge chairs on the beach! To pay an additional $50 per lounge chair, you should also get an unbrella. Pool area was too shady and blocked by the buildings. Our TV was broken as soon as we got the room and they had to put a new TV in the room. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. We asked for it to be filled and ran out again the nexty day. Obviously they did not fill the dispenser if it ran out the next day again.The breakfast menu said dishes with the coffee cup image next to it comes with coffee and orange juice and when we got the bill they charged us. When we inquired to the waitress when we got the bill they wouldn't adjust the bill and told us some long story of why that made no sense.
