Outbound looks amazing since they recently did a renovation. Jacuzzi and pool on the property. Spa and sauna location in the hotel. Inside lobby was cozy with fireplace and multiple areas for lounging and hanging out. Bar right behind hotel called Bar Sierra for drinks and food.

We booked a King Chalet which, per the Expedia room booking photos, is a stand alone building with a seating area, large slider doors to the outside, a dresser, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. None of these criteria were met. We stayed in a regular noisy hotel room, with NONE of the amenities depicted in the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful but the room we booked and paid for was simply not provided.
