Not what we paid for!!!
I booked an executive king room through Hotels.com, I did not get one, they said their records showed a deluxe king. I showed the desk clerk my Hotels. Com receipt; but it did no good!! I asked if there was a difference in price and he told me no. I looked on the Hotels.com and the room they put us in was $10 less😐Also, there was no blow dryer in the room. The clerk said they were waiting for new ones to arrive☹️
