Unsafe place. My son was assaulted and Pueblo, unsafe place all hotels around it. Dirty, bed bugs, my wife has the worst bed bugs bits, do no recommend this place. stay away keep your kids away if you as a parent won't be around. bartenders can see kids extremely DRUNK and will still continue to serve them alcohol. rude receptionists, staff members outside ridiculous if you don't tip for everything they will give you the WORST attitude and SERVICE. Block this HOTEL not family friendly REGRET going on this trip.

Liked that we were waterfront and great beach access. Walkable to town and felt safe. Communication with room staff was difficult, had to ask everyday for towels that weren't left in the room. Meals were tasty and well presented. They should have the water bottles more readily available so we don't have to stop at the lobby or bar to pick up each time.
