The young lady who checked us in did not explain the room credit we had, check out time or amenities. We found out about the yoga class they offer because of the envelope our room keys came in.

It took the property 4 different attempts to get checked into the room. First time key did not work, one of the employees cleaning the room was kind enough to help us resolve. We he returned, he got us a key to a new room.....when he went to unlock it for us, there was someone in the room....surprise. So we went down stairs again to find out what happened. They then gave us a different room on another floor. When we went to that room, bed was a mess and food and beer cans laying around....hence room had not been cleaned. So we went down to the lobby once again, they then gave us the key to The original room.........finally it worked. Of all the times I have stayed at Sheraton properties throughout the world I never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend this venue.
