The property was well located to the center of Beverly Hills. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were great like all Residence Inns. Excellent housekeeping.
The property is run down. If you are an Orthodox Jew the location is superb but at $400 a night it is a rip off.
All was good till check out day. I work up at 7 am to no tv, no internet, no a/c or heat and door card would not let me into my room after breakfast at 830am. The valet guys were super!
The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was soft. My only real complaint is there wasn't enough light in the room

Everything was good except that after breakfast there were no cups available for hot/cold water in the lobby.

Clean, friendly, accommodating, hot breakfast, conveniently located, quiet...What’s not to like? I’ve stayed at a trendy, more fashionable hotel in LA and I’ve also stayed in a hotel by LAX. The Residence Inn Beverly Hills is my favorite by far. I will be staying there from now on whenever I visit the area.
Room smelled, no juice, oatmeal, utensils, ketchup for breakfast. Eggs were cold and regular coffee ran out 10-15 minutes before shutting down.
We had our teenage grandson with us and the hotel was an excellent choice: he enjoyed the breakfast selection, athletic facility and the wealth of kosher restuarants in the vacinity.. I would highly recommend this hotel
Excellent Hotel and Staff. Location is walking distance to everything in Beverly Hills. Always stay at this Residence Inn when visiting Beverly Hills on Business or pleasure.
$25/day parking was a surprise but beyond that a good experience. Residence in does a nice job with small kitchens. The room was spacious, large HD TV, a good desk to work from. Breakfast was good (and free). Great location near Century city, Beverly Hills shopping, Dodger stadium, the "10" if you want to get to Santa Minica,and a quick trip to the airport.
The room was spacious, the kitchen nicely appointed: Large fridge, coffee maker, dish washer, etc. Located near many shops and restaurants on Pico. Breakfast (included) had a good variety of items. Free internet in rooms and lobby. Staff very helpful.
The hotel was great! The location was perfect for us - very close to family and suited our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and started our day off as a meeting place to prepare for our events for the day. We liked having a kitchen and living space which made our stay homey opposed to being cramped in a room with just a bed. Also,having the computers in the lobby were helpful in keeping us updated with our personal contacts. We will spread the word to friends and family.
The staff was courteous and helpful. I got one of the newly renovated rooms - very nice. The breakfast area was being renovated and the makeshift place wasn't great. Don't agree with valet parking cost. Over all pleasant and nice stay.
