Business Trip

There's nothing available in the hotel to purchase, and the restaurant doesn’t open until 4. The staff encourages you to go to the mall area, but there are probably only two or three restaurants open, making it really not a good location to stay in. I stayed here previously, but they used to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. Even if you want a midday coffee, their café is already closed for the day, making it just not worth the price. They charge $12 a bottle in the room for water. closest place to get a coffee in the morning is about a 10 minute walk. if they’re gonna charge a premium price, make sure you have premium items available for your guest.

Rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Great location on walk of fame. Hotel is starting to show a little bit of its age with damaged woodwork around bathroom doors but all in all is still great and woujd happily stay here again.

In such a large hotel, my room was next to the service elevator. So all hours of the day and night, all I heard through the wall was the elevator going up and down. It was so loud I honestly thought it was airplanes flying over. The other issue was that breakfast for two people turned out to be $80 which is ridiculous in my opinion. Too expensive.
