The best hotel in LA
Over charged & lied too. A week later still waiting on room deposit & reimbursement after being charged twice. Very unsatisfied.
This property has a lot of west and tear. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Stains and hair were left untouched. The towels and wash cloths were pretty tattered.

Very clean and good location
We had a fantastic stay! Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was perfect with a great view! Will definitely be back!
Service was mediocre not worthy of the cost at all or the hype. Cleanliness was shocking one night I had crumbs and dirt sticking to my feet after I woke up I found that under my pillow was dirty. I took photos shared them with the hotel and all they said was they would investigate. I will never repeat this experience and stay at that hotel again! Furthermore the assistance in my baggage was only at the door where they have valet. Inside I had to drag my own bags being an elderly handicapped who am I that was very disappointing.
What an awesome hotel. Whenever I decide to go back to LA to visit, I will definitely book another stay with hotel indigo. The theme of the hotel is also very unique. You have hotel Nightmares and hotel dreams. Hotel indigo is a dream. City view is recommend.
Very nice view. Great if you have any conventions in the area. Just wish staff was a little more attending compared to other hotels we visit. Other than that, would stay again.
