I left the hotel before the first night. It wasn’t clean in the corners of the carpet. The room was very austere and basic. Sheets weren’t comfortable. The shower is incredibly small. There are no shower amenities. The wooden shutters are very noisy and shake constantly. The room was very noisy. I could hear the conversations of the people in the next room. And the cleaning services were banging the vacuum cleaner into the wall.

My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday with an overnight stay at Strand Palace. It was a fantastic experience. Room was kindly upgraded. Everything was beautifully clean. Raunak gave perfect customer service when checking us in. The room even had some birthday surprises - all provided by the hotel without us knowing.

Great Location
Very enjoyable time and location perfect for Theatreland. ‘Cosy Double’ room is certainly just that and not for a larger couple than us. however this didn’t spoil our stay.
