The hotel was in a great location to the subway stations. The view was exceptional from the executive lounge. The only minor disappointment was that the steam room was coed. This is our first time traveling to London.

The Park Plaza is a beautiful property. You can look out your window to see both Big Ben and the Eye of London. It is a very impressive hotel. The staff was excellent at every level.

Johan was great assisting us in and out , room was awesome , location perfect . Just the noise of other rooms was pretty bad to sleep in but soundproof from the busy streets . Breakfast expensive and bad selection. Very “turístic” overall but unbeatable staff , room size and location.
