It was a good central place to stay with easy access to cabs. Close to London eye. The room was very good but the staff at the hotel were unfriendly which was weird considering that they are in the hospitality business!

I stayed in a room on the 13th floor for a business event. The staff were polite and courteous, however the shower handle was broken so had the joys of a freezing cold, or boiling hot shower, with a shower head that was missing most of its working nozzle’s. I’m assuming the building is scheduled for a refurb soon though. Great view and location if you’re sight seeing though, but not the best if staying for business with an eye on any value for money.

Had a lovely evening stay in an upgraded room to a suite. Clean and comfortable with complimentary bottled water. Staff were polite and friendly. As usual couldn’t fault our stay.

Great location for Westminster area
Friendly staff, well located hotel that is sensibly priced. Only issue we had was room heating wasnt the most effective but everything else was great.
