This is my second time staying at Paris. What I love about it is the inside decor and the nice ambience. And the fact that it isn’t as large and sprawling as other places where you walk forever to get to your room or the pool. The on site restaurants including Gordon Ramsay Steak and Effeil Tower restaurant are incredible. VanderPump is gorgeous. The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because there are incredibly long check in lines -all the time - and they really try to stick it to you with charges while you are there. For example, only 2 devices per room can have wireless without extra fees. And any one drink at the pool is $35. I’m not kidding. Average, if not below average, breakfast sandwiches for two and two coffees was $80.

Check in line was super long. I had two rooms under my name, so the mobile check in worked for one, but it was not able to recognize the second room under my name so I had to stand in the normal line for 1 hour after that. The staff would not provide me with any sort of receipt or invoice for the resort fees and security deposit on both rooms despite me asking twice. $25 / night for self parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and it was VERY out dated. Bunched up carpet on the entire floor. No hot water in my room one morning. Scuffed up walls and cabinets. Bed was clean and comfortable and the location was great. That’s really all the good I can say about it. Won’t be staying here again.

First day my tv wasnt working for 1 day. They shouldn't charge me resort fee room was very small i asked the house keeping for extra lotion and she was rude.
