Pools were clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was all very nice and helpful. The food at in hotel restaurants was good, but expensive as is everywhere in Vegas. We were disappointed in our room. At check-in we paid extra for an upgraded "newly remodeled" room. However, newly remodeled meant unfinished fixtures, areas where the drywall tape and mud were visible and sticking out from wall outlets, etc. It ws also only clean on the surface. Meaning at first glance it looks clean, but when you look closer there's clumps of dust at the baseboards, dirty shower caulk, random smudges of dirt on the walls, etc.
