Very accommodating service.

In disrepair, non-smoking smelled like a smoking room, mold on shower ceiling, mattresses with suspicious stains

The hotel is in a great location.

The room, bathroom, shower were clean, there were clean linens and blankets, we had everything we needed. It checked all our boxes for a hotel room.

Active mold on the ceiling, food under the bed, multiple brown stains on bedding, weird policies regarding using key cards and TV.

Great price. Backs to cornfield which was nice. Convenient to attractions/restaurants. Rooms clean. Building appears old and lacks cosmetic improvements. A lot of long term residents. Basic, no frills lodging. Felt safe.

Very very bad.

No remote control in room upon check-in. The replacement provided by front desk also did not work so the attendant had to come up and reprogram the TV to the remote. Telephone not working (no dial tone). These are basics that should already work, when paying over $100 for a night. These are things I would expect from a hotel charging less than $60/night.

Tv remote control wasnt cleaned. The bed looked like it had been sat already

I was super uncomfortable the entire stay due to how nasty the room was. There was old coffee stains on the floor clumps of hair that was not mine and the door was all bent up and nasty. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything. I had three people staying in my room and they only gave us two tiny towels and said that they didnt have anymore. When I was walking down the very dirty hallway on the way to my room, I was able to see into the "storage" room because the door was left open. This is where they keep blankets and such and it was FILTHY. We left after one night and the only reason that we even stayed that night was because we got it late. NEVER AGAIN!!

It was the most disgusting room ever. Smelly, dirty, even the ceiling had dirt streaks. I will never ever go to another red roof in my life.

I’ve stayed before and everything was perfect but the second time wasn’t as good. There were no towels at the room asked for them but there were none and the tub was clogged. Other than that everything went pretty good, breakfast is excellent and has a lot of variety.

Very clean. Nice place to stay with the kids. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
