Hotel is ok for the price compared to others, but definitely could use updating.
Just what I expected!
Tv didnt work, no towels left in room. Microwave didnt work. No communcation between staff. Request late checkout message wasnt passed to day staff. No more breakfast.
The hotel was convenient and the staff was friendly. Room was decent, but you get what you pay for ;)
It’s convenient for shoppers. It’s close to shopping centers.

We waited and rang the bell for 15min while waiting all me and my wife could hear is someone Playing with a parrot finally after 15min of ringing the bell and calling this guy comes out of room with the parrot and walks behind the glass and gives us our room very miserable man and then they come check your room before you leave so you can get your deposit back I gave them $200 deposit didn’t get a recipe when I first checked in they said they can’t they give recipes at check out so lady comes checks our room and the tells me I didn’t leave a deposit and they never gave me back my $200!!! NEVER GO THERE And OUR TOLIET WAS CLOGGED AND WOULDNT CHANGE OUR ROOM I went out bought a plunger and cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire bathroom and room after in clogging the toilet
Great location, staff very accommodating, decent breakfast. However, the fan in our room had difficulty regulating temperature and was very noisy.
It was a nice place but the staff at the front desk when I checked out a day early they said I didn't check out and trying to have me paid for the next day
Nice staff, reasonable late checkout fees, room smelled musty until the AC was turned on.
Hotel staff is super nice. The room was very clean. Excellent location near everything. Will Definitely stay again and we recomend that to others.
Went to Lancaster for the weekend to see Christmas show at american music theater ,this motel is great for being close to everything . Eating,Shopping,Theater
Second night front desk staff knocked on door 11:30 pm waking me up claiming I didn't pay for two nights. Everything was done thru Orbitz. Never heard from owner for inconvenience terrible customer service. Didn't clean room first day, claimed they didn't have a spare key for maid. A lot of other places to pick from, won't ever be back.
A month after staying here, a second charge showed on my credit card. Desk clerk claims that I had booked two rooms. Booked thru Orbitz. I have computer records showing ONE room only, booked for ONE night. Manager has been unavailable for comment/refuses to answer phone. My credit card has reversed the duplicate charge.
For the price very nice. Room was clean with nothing broken or stained. Everything in the room was functional.

This is false statement. We do only take $50.00 cash security deposit if you do not have credit card or debit card for incidental. We did return $50.00 cash security deposit back on your departure. You never handed us $200.00 cash security deposit, you are claiming wrong.
