Had called before my arrival to make sure pets were allowed and mentioned it was a cat. They said no problem and the day of check in they told me I could not have my cat in the room. Was extremely disappointed and had to start looking for another hotel on memorial weekend.

There was an infestation problem. Many roaches in the room. Also, the air conditioner was loud! Every morning we woke up, there was a pool of water on the balcony outside the door from the AC. The staff at the front desk was awful and seemed very burdened when we asked questions. For the money you can do so much better. If you want to be on the north end of things, go to ocean key.
