Beautiful Hotel on the water and within walking distance of the town. Lots of things to do. took a ukulele lesson, my spouse did yoga. there is a luau and an open air bar area for enjoying the sunset. highly recommend.

The hotel was good overall. The resort staff was really nice and the location was perfect. We wish there was valet and that the restaraunt was food allergy friendly. The restaurant only had two options for gluten-free items. We booked massages at the "Spa", which was not a spa at all. Definitely false advertisement calling themselves a Spa. The owner was rude.

Nice but could have been better....
beautiful spot, end of the strip, on the water, with great scenery. Hotel was a little dated but clean and the rooms were nice and spacious. The front desk personnel was awesome and helpful. the dining room/bar area, the help could have been a little friendlier. Dinner options were limited and played 80's music instead of Hawaiian music, which seemed odd for a tropical resort.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating however the first room we checked into had a leak from the wall in the washroom that was covering the countertop, the second room we had was full of cockroaches. The 3rd room we got was excellent and we had no issues with the room for the remainder of our stay. I was also stuck in the elevator for an hour, the staff was very accommodating and waved our resort and parking fees as well as gave us a credit to use at the resort. The staff was excellent along with the location and parking, however the facilities are older and some of the issues we encountered reflected that.

Could be a great place just very tired looking and in need of major overhaul. When u can see all the dead flys above u in the lights in elevator and the hallways look like some old age home; it doesn’t give u tropical vacation vibes. Surrounding area is cute for souvenirs and restaurants
