It was great to be able to check in and not have to leave unless you wanted too. Food and drinks were delicious. Best fish tacos and burgers! Yummy sweet potato fries. Large variety for breakfast too.

Disrespectful Clerk
We had reservations for two nights here and were looking forward to seeing the area including St augustine. However while driving thru Georgia we developed major engine danage to the car and stayed near a repair shop that was assessing the damage. The car was deemed unfixable. So we never made it to florida. When i called the Hampton front desk to tell them what happened and that we we would need to cancel, the clerk callously refused to provide a refund. And ended our conversation with "have a nice day". Unreal. Hampton has been our go to hotel for the last several years but no more.

Beautiful hotel, stayed there numerous times. Was surprised to find a pet charge on my bill for a service dog. Pet friendly hotels are nice and the charge is common but for them to charge a search and rescue k9 with their fee is not acceptable. I’m disappointed in not receiving a return call from the general manager as well. Will not return to any Hilton Brand Hotel.
