It was a beautiful property and every staff person was eager to assist, went above and beyond to accommodate, and were very professional. I would stay again! The in-room dining was consistently delicious and timely. Valet was on-point! I really enjoyed the spa and the Japanese restaurant was very romantic and moody. Delicious sushi. My critiques are that there were moments where the hotel felt under staffed and my in-room phone and wireless charger didn’t work throughout my stay. However, the staff promptly supported my needs with the charger and phone and truly made any accommodation I needed. Again, great staff…they just seemed like they could use more help. Also, I felt it would’ve been more on brand to have the informative materials given at check-in on card stock and not a high gloss sheet of paper. I would say it’s a luxury hotel…those little details matter. Oh and the Restuarant by the pool felt a bit humid and warm…the staff was on point though and my breakfast was delicious.
I’d definitely stay again. Great overall experience.
