Certainly did not look like the photos. Rooms were small and dingy. Bathroom was not clean, and there was stuff from the last guest in thr Bathroom. Also, i did not get a complimentary bottle of wine. And the location is so-so. Next time i will pay more to stay closer to the ocean.

Great location, nice staff. Rooms are outdated though and no view at all like the pictures. We paid for the best view rooms with balcony but no view like the pictures. i am disappointed.

AVOID. There was a german cockroach infestation in the room. It was noticed from the first night, mentioned to staff. Not talking about a single one... multiple of multiple sizes. Staff promised many things that did not actually happen: a change of room next day (hotel was full first night), a deep clean of the room the next day... None of these actually happened. Then a different staff person the next day offered to wave the fees for the whole stay. That also wasn't reflected. After discussion with manager, that was apparently deemed a miscommunication. Now I have to be back home, in fear that these creatures are in my luggages. The hassle is not worth it and this hotel is not what it appears to be.
