Lobby, rooms, elevators, jacuzzi are great. Carpet not so nice, and rooms are on the smaller side. I would stay here again. I traveled with my husband and our baby. Shopping and beach are all within walking distance. We didn’t use the bus, but it runs on the street that hotel is on. McDonald’s and ihop are next door to the hotel. We used Uber and Lyft to and from airport, to Walmart and to ala Moana center. We used the hotels beach towels everyday. There is an oyster/sushi Japanese restaurant around the corner and it was the best. We had dinner there twice. Overall great stay! No complaints!!!

The place is not the best in the area compared to its neighbors, but I think it's in terms of quality-price ratio. Nice entrance and hallways, and comfortable rooms, with some extras and so well located.

Great spot middle of everything. They do charge a tax of 30 a day for your stay ontop of what you already payed but i think thats for every hotel. Parking is 35 per night to drive up is slim so best get a small car its hard finding parking around wikiki over all stay is good great place

My room was 1408 by the elevator and it was very loud, at night time we hear the noise of people walking and the sound of the elevator. Also my tv didn’t work properly the internet kept going off and I couldn’t watch anything on the cable. The pools are very small, and are indoors. The Parking is extra $35 per night, the only good thing about the hotel is the location is walkable and it has many restaurants around the area.

To start off beware of their parking structure if you are renting any big suv. The spaces are super tight and going up the structure seems like an accident waiting to happen. As far as the rooms go they are decent but the shower head at the beach is probably better compared to the type they have in the rooms. Also avoid getting any room by the elevators unless you enjoy getting woken up at 5am or 6am by people chatting by the elevators as it takes a long time for the elevators to come up to your floor. The rooms have no sort of sound proof to the hallways so you will hear a lot of noise. Some of the staff was very helpful while others were not so welcoming. The location was great as you have mostly everything walking distance away. Other than that I will definitely not be coming back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
