My Family vacation was perfect. I have two teenage boys and a 21 year old daughter. The Sheraton offered so many options for them. I love the friendly staff and the resort was clean and up to date. Every morning i bought kona coffee down stairs and enjoyed the infinity pool view. After the pool the kids ate at the restaurant or walked 5 minutes to the food court at the shops which is right next door ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTER. Perfect location in Waikiki.

Decent but not great
Hotel is in a great location on Waikiki Beach. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is right next to the mall and very, very busy. Our toilet bidet was inoperable and the rooms are quite small. Ocean views were very nice.
