We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The 24/7 coffee available in the lobby was a plus. Lots of gift shops, restaurants and the Visitors Center are within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in 2 sections, I stayed in the older section. My only issue was the AC, although I had it down to 65, it never cooled down in the room at night so I could sleep. I eventually had to open window and blind to get a cool breeze. Stayed here twice in one week so two separate rooms and both had same issue. Beds where comfortable.

It’s close to Grand Canyon entrance. The only issue I had was when I booked the reservation the pic showed the lodge. When I checked in I ended up in the motel part out behind the lodge. The room was fine However the bathroom set up was not ideal. There was only one small sink which was located separately from the toilet and shower . The shower and toilet was in a very confined space so not great for a bigger person like me. I was literally up against the wall while sitting on toilet.
