It’s not bad just limited staff and there was a security deposit of $100 which was more than how much I paid for the night that wasn’t wasnt very cool. Atleast $50 for a single night should be enough pple book these hotel because they wanna be economical

The room was average, but included breakfast. The outstanding feature is the transportation to and from the airport and the cruise port. It was very organized and complimentary. I would stay here again for this benefit alone.

When we arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle, they told us it would be at least an hour wait for it. We took a cab instead. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered the reason for the shuttle delay was they were being used to get people to the many cruise ships. It would be helpful if they said that there were no airport shuttles available during the hours they were doing shuttles to the ships.

The room is so beautiful and the people are incredibly profession and kind. The medalion is a good touch to the system. Food has good variety and yhe shops afe great thank you kindly for the on board credit. We will be sailing with you again.

Dirty! The sheets on one of the 2 beds in my room looked like they were used and the beds were made again instead of changing the sheets. Found long hair under the covers. Yuck! Property is awfully old and outdated. Terribly overpriced! Never staying there again. Staff was super friendly though. Special kudos to the shuttle driver picking up from airport.

So convenient
We have stayed here before and they have done a great job of upgrading the bathroom and shower. It’s so convenient when coming/going to the Ft Lauderdale airport of Port. If you’re traveling by taxi or Uber/Lyft, help them watch for the turn into the parking lot. Many miss it as it’s also close to the interstate ramp.

Walked into our room and had a horrible fume smell. Asked to change rooms and was only moved over by one. That room also had a smell but not quite as bad. The cabinet with the sink and coffee maker was warped. It is a very run-down hotel and while they do offer a shuttle to the cruise port, I would spend a little more money for another hotel. The only good thing was the restaurant at the hotel which is not affiliated with them.
