Very nice hotel in a fantastic walkable location on Las Olas area …. Oool is nice with a great view of passing boats on river and a fun bar w a good happy hour . Rooms are a little older but nice and super clean

We were put in the older part of the hotel. The hotel was established in 1938 per the sign outside. Some of the furniture was original. We requested to change rooms because of bugs and management couldn’t have been more accommodating. My advice is to get a room in the newer part of the hotel.
