* When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for their free transfer. The operator said that it would be about a 25-40 minute wait. It was a good thing that I went directly to the waiting area as soon as I hung up and not wait to go to the pick up area close to the time they said because the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes.
* When I arrived at the hotel, it was unprofessional to hear the receptionists talking very loudly with one another. When I approached to check in, it took them a bit of time before they acknowledged my presence. I was the only person in the lobby.*When I took a shower, their shower curtain was too short and didn’t cover to the bottom of the stall so water landed on the floor. Also, the plastic shower curtain was very light weight so the water pressure coming out of the shower head made the plastic curtain rise upwards and the water landed in the floor. *In the morning when I went to use the internet at 7:30 am, their wifi didn’t work. It didn’t work until close to 10:30 am. I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. They offer breakfast through a food truck. Why couldn’t this hotel have some agreement with the hotel beside them which offers continental breakfast and give their clients this chance to go over there for breakfast? Therefore, I could only give this hotel a 1.5 star rating because of their free shuttle to and from the airport. They charged the same for the room as the hotel next door without breakfast.
