I really wanted to like this location more than I did. The location is perfect however the conditions of the property are run down with water damage inside the unit I stayed in. There were dead (and alive) bees in the unit upon check in. It appears that water has leaked in by the windows and they simply painted over the cracks and damaged stucco/drywall. Most if not all of the windows had no screens. The furniture is well used and somewhat dingy. To top it off, you are charged $12 to park per night. Lucky for us, it was a quick stop onto our next adventure. If I were younger and in a party lifestyle, this place would be perfect. Just a place to lay your head. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Would not choose to stay here again. Sorry guys.

This place was perfect for our short stay. It's so close the the beach. Was able to get up and enjoy the sunrise by the water. It was clean and the staff was accommodating.

I liked this place alot. Steps to the beach, just awkwardly located on a side street that was rather noisy at night. This is expected since it’s the beach after all. Room was clean bed was comfortable but pillows were not the greatest. I did like location relative to beach and how cute/cozy room was

Property is very old and rooms are small. No place to put luggage. Very strong perfume smell in rooms and around property. If you are allergic to scents, best stay elsewhere. Was close to beach and provided beach chairs and towels which were nice and the only plus for this place. Furniture and beds are super old. Nice pool area.

Perfect location, far enough from the Broadwalk traffic, but close enough to walk to everything! Room was very clean and spacious. The only complaint would be storage for clothes and bathroom items. We made it work though. We had to leave 2 days early due to a death in the family. The staff was very thoughtful and did not charge us for those last 2 days. I really didn’t expect that to happen but am so appreciative of them that they did. Would definitely stay again.
