just an ok stay for night before cruise. breakfast was basic with small sitting area if you get there early enough. pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable but room was clean, front desk lady was rude. would not stay here again if taking another cruise

The room was very nice & liked that hotel had free airport shuttle. We had a late checkin about 1am. We traveled all day & didn’t get much sleep. No food vending machine. Decided to order a pizza from Sarpino’s, however didn’t get it delivered til around 2:15am. In the morning asked for a late check out. The staff on duty gave us an extra hour (12noon). I asked if possible to stay til 2pm? Was told we would be charged for another day. We were going on a cruise & our port checkin time wasn’t til 2:45pm. I called Disney cruiseline & Port Everglades cruise port and both said if we went before checkin we would have to wait outside in a garage type area? We are traveling with my 89yr old mother in a wheelchair & didn’t want to be waiting outside with her over an hour til our cruise checkin time? The staff member on duty did say that the cruise port would let us checkin earlier being we are with my elderly mother? We decided to sit in the hotel lobby til 2pm (abt 2hrs) to avoid waiting outside with my mother.

Hotel is very clean, even while undergoing renovations. staff is very friendly and helpful. shuttle from FLL was easy and included in stay Expect to wait 30-45 mins when you arrive to check into room, only 2 staff members working front desk. hotel is very busy with guests staying the night before a cruise, expect lobby and breakfast to be crowded. The shuttle to any port for a cruise has a charge and the shuttle does not go to Port of Miami.
