Well I'll keep it short as possible I was at the quality inn for 7 days it was my last week before heading back east to see my son that I hadn't seen in a couple of months. The last day I was there I had a payment issue and was short $30 and was waiting for my money to post. I asked for a later check out pending my money didn't come in right away and was given only until 11:30 ok fine I go into town to see if I can hurry things along with my check and can back to the hotel to inform them of what I was waiting on only to be told I needed to come back pack my things and leave immediately. Now mind you I was a good guest quite clean respectful the entire stay no issues what do ever. I get back to the hotel explain I need like thirty minutes and was told no way I wasn't allowed to stay another night and need to leave asap. I suffer from a TBI and this triggered it completely I had to throw a weeks worth of belongings into my vehicle or face being charged for a half day. After being there for 7 days. I was so upended by the whole ordeal I was disorganized for my future trip and missed my flight and can't register until next weekend. I am disappointed by the lack of compassion at this facility. There was no concern or guest relations what so ever. I felt after a7 night stay I would have recieved better treatment. But that's the mentality here from what I can discern. Buyer beware.
