This was the nicest, friendliest, well-run establishment of this type we’ve stayed in a long time! The free breakfast was the best we’ve seen in a long time. The variety of food was excellent, and even gave a choice of bagel. I especially want to note the performance and professionalism of the woman in charge of breakfast. She handled a room full of people with efficiency and poise, and was patient and friendly throughout the time we were there. I hope you can provide both recognition and compensation to make her feel critical to the success of the facility On a side note, we thought the upgrades made to the facilities were well-done, and we thought the bed was terrific. I’ve spent the last hour trying to find a bed for our home that was the same make and manufacturer. Thanks so much for a wonderful respite.

About the only thing going for the hotel was that it is convenient to travel from to get to the casino. The tv reception in the room was terrible -- in and out. Called the service desk and were told it was due to it being windy. The rooms were not what I would consider clean. One of the two beds looked slept in. Breakfast was ok.
