The rooms were very spacious and clean. They have platform beds with no box spring. We had a really hard time sleeping. The beds were very uncomfortable. Such a nice place, I would have expected much nicer beds.
I loved the main gathering area and breakfast area. I liked looking out at the water and boats and otters. It is a short drive to beach. I missed having a hot tub!
We loved the harbor view and cleanliness of the room. My only complaint was the pillows were clumpy and not comfy.
We liked the property...too bad because of Covid we couldn't get our room cleaned but understood...they did a good job with breakfast under Covid restrictions... Staff helpful. Easy parking...and easy to find.
Staff is friendly and the building is clean. The bed was the worst we have had at a hotel. Sorry back every morning and very poor sleep. The parking was a challenge to say the least. Toward the end of the pier in pick dark was all that’s available after 10pm. Won’t stay here again or recommend it.

Great view of the city and the marina. More quiet than the Canal Park area, which is mobbed in the summer.
We always have a great stay at this hotel. Great staff - however it is getting a little expensive for a one night stay.
Close to downtown attractions. Fairly expensive for this chain, but they are in line with other national chains for the downtown area.
