It is hard to find a hotel room for a family of 7. But we found one here. This place for my family. Beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool, but it was just a stop along the way home on a long road trip. Convenient location of the freeway and nice area.

The staff when I got there was rough. I stood at the counter for about 10 min while they chatted around the corner, friendliest was very low during check in. They ran out of tp in the pool bathroom, towels in the pool room, breakfast foods ran out, the juice & water machine was broken. All in the one night stay we were there. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast staff was friendly!

I really enjoyed the lodge feel that Stoney Creek offered. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The carpet in the elevator needed to be cleaned...it had an odor. Overall, i enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was good but lacking. Juice machine broke, food was cold, the individual working the breakfast area clearly hated her job and was having a hard time keeping up with demand. Pancake machine was out, half the breakfast items were out, etc. Pool towels were almost never available.
