Unbelievable bathroom setup in handicap room. Sink hanging on the wall, no edges on the sink, none, no counter space at all in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and to my surprise he said yes we have gotten complaints before. Really and you have done nothing to correct the issue. He said we will be remodeling soon, that is no excuse, add a shelf or a small table next to the sink. I will never stay at a Fairfield again.

The individuals at the front desk were passionate about pleasing their customers. They always went above and beyond in making sure our stay was pleasant. An example would be; we’re out-of-state and visiting here in Des Moines, IA when we learned that the funeral was a few more days out. Unfortunately, this is Basketball championship weekend and all rooms would have been booked, but they allowed us to stay the extra time. Their house keeping was just as exceptional, and so was their free Breakfasts!
